A Nepalese breakfast for runners - Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer

Sunday, Little Word Association Nepal France (LWNF) organized a Nepalese breakfast for walkers and joggers Plumaudan.
After a preparatory training jogging to the next race in Plumaudan on June 23 and the marathon of Saint-André-des-Eaux, August 4, two courses were provided (10 and 15 km). Nearly twenty-five riders were present.
After a Tibetan breakfast was served to the riders and also for people wishing to enjoy this meal called sampa, with yak cheese and Nepali tea. Sixty people have already discovered the little-'Made in Nepal.
"This is an opportunity to discover Nepali culture and thank those who act to support the association. I also thank the two cooks, Umesh, we arrived in Nepal a week ago and Marie-Pierre for his pancakes with rice flour, " says Claude Feillatre, President LWNP association.
"The message of the association has been hijacked. People have received emails from Morocco. It is possible that the address of the association is also used illegally. If you receive a message asking for a sum of money, destroy it. We never solicit by m garlic financial aid, " warned Claude Feillatre.
